Has anyone gusseted their frame? We have ours all apart. We're going to gusset the frame before we have it powder coated. I posted this question on another thread and got no response.
I just finished my Z400 frame which had A LOT of gussets. If I don't hear from anyone I'll post pictures of what we do to ours.
One of the weak points on the frame is the where bottom rear a-arm mounts. The only problem that anyone has had that races with us (including our 2002 frame that bent here) is this point. If you know of any other places that you've seen stress or you've bent it please let me know.

Thanks. I am also going to add a weld between the lower a-arm mounts. This seems to be the biggest point of weekness for Cross Country acing.

we gusseted our frame. It's still aparts, so I'll take some detailed pics later today and post them on here to help you out.  |

mines gussetted, i just put them like in the link that rayne showed, but i cudnt ptu one there cuz of the nerfs

yea, but it takes time to gusset the frame and do you know somebody that could do it for you? we could if you brought it down  |

WOW!! Thats alot of gussets. Thanks for the pictures. I have finished the welds and will put in the gussets tomorrow.
