Conciderably taller, several inches, set the sag to about 3" and that should help out on the height issues.

Frequently Asked Questions
an 87 or newer R shock will fight with slight adjustments such as making the hole in the bottom for the bolt bigger, and a little grinding off the top mount.
the shock will make the back sit 3 inches higher butwhen you sit on it it will sag down to almost normal stance

To make up for the +3 inches added in the back from the 250R shock you can throw banshee fronts on there wich will just about level the thing out. Adding +2" to the front. So it should sit like it did before, just alittle higher. Its a nice setup I hear.

Are there some pics of 250r shocks on a Blaster? I want to see so I can get one later on.
