I started the year off at 180 and now im at 220 and im 5,8 and 170, I'm assuming we are talking about bp? I went from 150 and now am doing 215, I would try 220...but my bench at my house only goes to 215, lol, so I have to go to the gym some time and see o, yea, i'm 5'10" and I weigh 160 also, are we talking about the highest weight we can do a set of 10 w/ or what we max out at?

i just run a lot to get in shape... it helps. your arms and the muscles used for racing are best worked out by just riding and racing itself.

run at least a mile a day, 100 sit ups, 80 push ups, curls, and different wiegh exercises. this is wat i usually do well i can handle the 100 puch ups and shit, but i cant run for a few reason, first off im fat, lol, i don't wanna, and i really cant run to long, i have floating knee caps, hammer toes, flat feet, and calises, lol, im a deformed kidd, someone kill me, lol
