i weigh about 170 too and im trying to lose wieght also..but i love food ..lmao....Its easier to gain muscle instead of loosing fat

Yea i started the year at lifting 130 now im up to 190. It makes a big difference. I don't get as near as tired as i used to. But you also gain weight at lifting tho

being a light person won't get you through the race, u need endurance and strength also. Yeah, this guy I know named Chad Weinen is like an awesome rider and he weighs alot and hes a really big guy. (By big I mean tall, not fat haha) Like when you look at him he dosent seem like the kind who would be really fast, but he is!

I have 2 words.. CROSS COUNTRY... we run 15 miles a day and lift weights on tuesdays and thursdays and im bout to turn 16 and i only weigh like 125 haha, but u get buff to so its all good, and wen i go ride at tracks with my friends, they get tired like a lot faster than i do so u should seriously give it a try man

u could go out for a sport like wrestling and lose like 18 lbs the first day of prac tice by putting on 5 sweat shirts and run around inside the wrestlin room till u passout lol

skipping is a gud way of loosing wait fast,it makes you sweat alot so u loose pounds fast
