hey im trying to loose about 20 pounds, whats the easiest, best, and fastest way to do that, help, nothing seems to be working, anything can help at this point

run at least a mile a day, 100 sit ups, 80 push ups, curls, and different wiegh exercises.
this is wat i usually do

my mom has an oliptical machine and i run for 30 minutes on it evey dad. try not to eat a lot of food with high carbs, fats, or calories.
remember, if u burn 3500 more fat calories then u eat, it is a pound of fat gone. there are 3500 fat cals. in a pound of fat. my moms machine thing tells u how much u burn. or try the subway diet and u could be the next jarret (i dought ur 400 pounds though lol)

go to doug gusts web site on ask doug some one asked that he gave him a week plan i do it i havent raced sicne i started but i droped 4 seconds off my lap time at my track

thanks everyone, hey blasta13, yours sounds like the best, so i think ill try that, i got this bike in my basement, and it tells you caleries, so ill go for the 3500 or w/e
and yea, lol, im not 400 pounds, im about 160-170, probally closer to 170. i'd like to be about 150 or less

Use the bike to loose the weight but u should work with some weights and get your strength up too... but just to let u know muscle weighs more than fat so u will be gaining weight as u gain muscle mass
being a light person won't get you through the race, u need endurance and strength also.
and besides if any of the racers happen to pick a fight w/ u on the track than all u have to do is whip out those guns and bam
(when i say guns I mean your arms and fists, lol)
