I am the guy with the orange blaster in twhite's pictures. He used my torque wrenches on his head and I personally set it at 20ftlbs. I do not know how or why they pulled out, but I do know the wrench was set correctly. What matters is that it is fixed and the top end is back together. Who knows how old the helicoils were or who put them in, that top end and helicoils could 15 years old for all we know. ITS ALL OVER AND SETTLED AS FAR AS I SEE IT.

As twhite said, Marc did offer to fix them but it would have taken longer than just spending the money and getting it done locally.

He wasnt happy with the customer service that went on in the e-mails and thats his call. Its hard to say since we havnt read the e-mails.

As a side note, my pd3 is setup exactly the same as XXHWDXX's and it is FAST!!!! I am still breaking it in and jetting, but it was a great investment! I called marc this afternoon and he is setting up a 14cc head that he is shipping to me on monday!!
