How do you preload for a jump? When exactly do you do it? Before the jump or on the jump just before your wheels come off the ground? Explain..thanks

just basically while you're going off the jump, like on the takeoff ramp.

I always preload right before the peak of the jump, thats how I usually get a good take off.

Basically your shifting your weight back on the rear shock and getting it set to jump. It's kinda hard to explain

That would make the atv shoot straight up if you did that.

No it won't go straight up but it helps launch the quad harder and longer
