Alright i know that a lot of people dont know how to rejet ther quads and i didnt either untill yesterday...but i did it and its very easy..i always asked for somone to make a sticky with pics and everything so i hope this becomes a sticky.

Alright u start off by taking the back plastics off so that the filter boot is off as shown


Then u loosen the screw holding the carb on to the reeds and then pull it off and let it hang like shown



then u remove all the gold bolts that hold on the bottom of the carb..make shure the gas line is shut off and there will be some gas left in there....then u just pull that bottom off like shown


Then u will see a tiny little gold bolt(THAT IS THE JET)...then u take that off with either an 8mm or an 1/4 socket wrench....then put the new one u have in its place and just do the rest of these steps backwards

its a 6mm wrench u need, isnt it?

You should seriously clean the engine before removing the carb. I look at your pictures and think of all the dirt thats getting into your engine (see and unseen).......... anytime you are opening the engine up like that........... cleanliness is truly next to Godliness.

and yes it is a 6mm wrench for the main jet

i know know somone told me 8mm so i put that in...i used a 1/4
