jetting help

I have a 94 blaster. It is bored .20 over and has a wisco piston and hot rod crank/rod. I installed a vitos oil block off kit. I have a 12 tooth front sprocket. Everything else is stock. I just bought a k & n high flow air filter with prefilter. I want to run that without the airbox lid. Also I bought a V-Force delta 2 reed cage. I am new at blaster mods and I know that I will have to jet my carb if i install these. So I bought a Dynojet kit. It comes with a new needle and I will install that... But what main jet should I start jetting with? Will I need a different Pilot jet? The kit didnt come with any. I have stock exhaust. So I just want to add a k & n filter with airbox lid off and v-force reeds. please help me. what main should i start with?

What is your gas/oil mixture? I'd go by what jakeo3 said or maybe even lower since you have the stock exhaust.

Well I ran 32:1 and then it blew up cuz it didnt get enough oil so im running about 22:1.
