I got my Vitos block off kit and went to put it on today, when I got everything pulled apart I noticed there was a large metal sleeve where the block off plate is to go, I don't know if its different because its Japanese or what but I had to grind it off to bolt on the block off plate. Any ideas? Did I do something wrong?

You pull that whole gear out and then put the block off plate where that was.

You pull that whole gear out and then put the block off plate where that was. There was no pulling it out, that mother was "in there like swimwear", I beat on it with a five pound sledge hammer and that did not even work. Oh well I just dremeled it off and installed the block off on.

Yeah I did that, I pulled the clutch cover all the way off and it still would not come off! I don't know if its because it a japanese blaster or what. (yes I'm in Japan) but I just grinded it off and put the block off on anyways. Hope it works, today I try it out for the first tip with pre-mix. YEAH!!!
