Ok guys, I was riding a while back and one of my footpeg bolts came out, so I rode with only one for the rest of the day, so my footpeg and the holes it goes into is all bent and the threads are stripped, I was thinking of just welding my footpeg to the frame or I was thinking I could cut that part off and get another from somewhere and weld another one on.....what should I do?

Yeah you could weld the footpegs on, but it wouldnt be too good of an idea if you wanted to remove them. Best thing is to rethread the hole.
