you would only need a few jets, put the pipe on and do a plug chop, you will most likely need a 260 with the air lid off.....

no, dont get a 260, i had 1 on my phanom and it ran like crap, 3rd gear seemed like 2nd, get a 270-280, and ask kurt for the needle position. i run a 290 with a phantom and a k&n, no airbox lid.

i got my pipe  . i havent got any jet yet. i can fell the difference but it seems like 3rd gear does not have much difference then 2nd gear and it seems like its not real fast when im topping it out( it might just be me). im going to get some jets soon. so should i just get a 290 because i have a uni and im not running a lid on it |

yeah, try a 290 and if that doesnt run good, just ask someone to tell u the correct needle position. it just runs bad now because there is no jet in it. it will run great once u jet it. just go to ur dealer and ask for a single jet, there like $2.

i would start with a 280 and if you need a bigger one try a 290 or a 310 but im sure 280 is the right size
