if you are just refilling it, it takes 650mL, but if you took the clutch cover off, it drains pritt much all the oil out witch is 750mL or around that......

if your just refilling it takes 650ml, if not 700ml if you over fill it the pressure builds up and thats why you get oil out of your vent tube.

Yes 650ml its only 700ml after overhauling the bottom end. Forget about the side window if its not leaking oil theres no need to top up.

i hate that stupid window, u need a flash light and the friggn brake levers in the way so, the other way to fill up is to just top it off until it comes out the drain tube?

i'm not aware of any drain tube connected to the transmission case, the tube i think you are thinking of is a breather tube that releases air when the pressure in the case builds up, if u top up until oil comes out of this you have got way to much oil in there.
