Last time I was riding I started noticing a slight grinding/scrapping noise, thought maybe gearoil, changed that and still have noise. The top end has less than 20 hrs on it so maybe crank or piston? any troubleshooting suggestions?

Did you just replace the crank or what? Did it cause any other damage?

i had to buy a new piston ,crank shaft and get my stock cylinder bored to .80 , but now i got a 240 engine .
if i remember , that shit happened like... tow year ago , on my stock engine , that pissed me off i was in a snowmobile trail and its not legal lol
you should get a pro to look at your engine before any shit happen. thats the best thing to do

I will pull the head off first and look to see if its the piston. ??

Like I said earlier, I am in Japan and they will rape you with their prices and labor, it cost me 6500 YEN (about 62 dollars) to just get tires set onto new rims, and the prices for parts are just crazy here. So, I am going to look into it my self and if all else fails take it to them. Thanks for the help though, and if anyone else has any suggestions please tell me. Thanks
