electrical problem?

i just went to put my light back on so i can ride the roads at night when it snows, and i went through three bulbs, i am blowing them at high rpm's, i have no tail like no oil light, and all the juice is going to the head light and blowing it, you think i need a new voltage regualtor, relay switch or what, higher watt bulb, do they make one to fit the blaster socket?tanks

i dont know what is the problem because i remember i take off that light the first day i buy the blaster , but i would say its the voltage regualtor or maybe juste the light...
