i blew my blaster up like 4 days ago and i was wondering what do i do now... do i take my top end off and send it sum where this is my 1st 2 stroke and i never blew ne thing else up before so i dunno what to do... and what do i need to buy to get it running like brand new too?i know i need to bore it out... then i need to what? buy a piston, rings.... uhh i dunno plz tell me the whole 9 yards... thanks

hey man it takes so much time and money you should be a cheap motor. Sorry to be the one to deliver that news but it seems that no one else would lol.

if you need a bore , you def. need a piston and i would take a look at the crankshaft ... i hope you dont need a new one , but if you need a new one , PM kurt and let him know what you need he will give you a good price

well i havent took it apart yet cuz its still at my friends house but will it deff. need a bore if its blown up? or will it just need honed or sumthing? cuz i dont think i blew it up bad...

yeah it might be exspensive but it might be easiest just to get a new motor......

yea exact same thing happened me and i have to get it bored 0.50 new wrings, piston,clip, gasket kit, and my dealer is tuning my barrell aswell ( dont worry 9 times outa 10 its the top end lets just hpe it is hte top end)

i would definately re bore,what happened when it blew up?? lock up?? well it was like when i pulled the clutch in it kinda went full throttle even tho i wasnt giving it ne gas so i just shut it off for like 3 min and then when i tried to start it again it wouldnt start and it had like no compression... so i took it to my friends house and when i got back it felt like it got sum compression back but deff. not enough... lol i still havent got my blaster back yet ive been so busy but im getting the blaster pretty soon if nothing else comes up... |

yeah, i wouldnt get a new motor. like if i was to get a "new" motor do u mean a 2005 motor or just a used motor and where would i get the new motor?  |

there are so many little thing that it will never run like new. And ive been looking through the sales section and you can get a pretty cheap motor on this site. And it will probly be faster unless you blown this one up too.
