anyone have any suggestions on jets for this set up,have fmf pipeswith porting and polish cyl. i got the carb from vitos jetted at 170 55 not real sure the jets tho what ever it comes with but i think im running to lean,piston was in bad shape when i tore it down.. Thanks!

wow that is a really small jet a stock blaster comes with 260 i would get a 290 or 300... 160 is wayyyyyy too small

oh thats very small , for a ported engine and a pipe i would get a 310 for sure

no start at about 300 and work down im guessing at about 280 should be right

Vitos sent me a 158, 160, and 162 jet with my carb.

i think 310 would still be small...i just melted a piston with a 310 and only a .040 overbore...and some other mods :)but nothing close to a 240 kit

kehin jets are number differntly than mikuni jets so a 300 is way to big and i dont even think the make them , look at vitosperformance.com cause the sell kehin jets from 150 up to 270 i think but im not sure
