just had the whole motor rebuilt and was told to mix a little more oil then im supposed to to make sure everything gets lubricated right. pulled the choke and hit the starter and boom, started right up. ran for about a minute then died. i was told i would probably go through a couple of plugs so did mine foul out?

fouling out plugs happens a lot dont get worried just change it but maybe your jetting is off

yeah that happeneds alot on new motors just go through a few pluga and gap the plugs to 30 and if your using a B8ES or BR8ES try a B7ES for 30 minutes and maybe like mxblaster said try diffrent jets
