BRAKES ??!?!??

My 2 friends and I all own blasters which all have mechanical rear brakes. The brakes just dont seem to work even when pads are replaced. Could Anyone please HELP ??!?!??

Go for the banshee/warrior hyd's I just bought a set of ebay for 90 bucks and the bracket and hardware for 35 shipped (pic of Bracket from DADDIO)
