ok...now when i give it throttle it tends to bog down ..but for some reason it is running a little richer! I also noticed a screw at the bottom of the carb next to the bowl cap ..should i adjust that also...the manual i am reading here tells me ,from full in 3/4 out? ??

Well if you have the Reed Valve on it you would have to jet it a little higher than what the Toomey booklet told you. Try that and see what happens. Try like a 320 jet.
