I know this has probably be asked but here goes. I bought a 95 from a guy a few months back with pipe, delta reeds, K&N w/ outerwears, I took off the outerwears and I am fouling plugs (too rich). My question is, if I put the outerwears back, will this help my too rich prob? What can I do besides obvious new main jet?

IF YOU TOOK THE OUTERWEARS OFF, WOULDNT THAT BE ALLOWING A BIT MORE NOT MUCH MORE AIR INTO THE FILTER. THAT WOULD CAUSE IT TO LEAN OUT NOT BECOME RICHER. OR ATLEAST THATS WHAT I THINK OF THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. WHAT ARE YOU MIXING YOUR FUEL AND OIL RATIO AT?? I DONT THINK THAT OUTERWEARS IS GOING TO MAKE THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE THAT YOUR GOING TO START FOULING PLUGS.

mabe when u took off ur outerwear, around the same time ur oil injection went bad and started giving it too much oil. on my brand new 04, the oil pump was pumping in to much oil. i always fouled plugs then. i took it off and everything was fine. mabe u should take urs off...good idea if ur blaster is 10 years old...

yea just jet it and ur problem will most likly be fixed, otherwise it mightbe internal problems, my brother had that same problem with his banshee, and it was some stupid thing that cause all te plugs to foul out, and he fixed it but now its been a few months and something else is messed up so it fouls plugs all teh time

I havnt fouled a plug yet on on my 9 month old blaster. Check your jetting, mine was a bit rich from the factory. Also, when you start it, turn off the choke as soon as it starts.
