I have a 2004 blaster PB phantom pipe. My original main jet was a 230 and needle at 3rd position. After pipe install I rejetted to 240 main since one was included with manual and moved to needle to 4th postion. I talked to Kurt when I purchased the pipe and was told to move needle up 2 positions but since the instruction manual stated it was at 2nd position I just moved it one. I have not done a plug chop (just learned what that was). It seems to run fine but seems to have a bog in the bottom end. I have removed my airbox lid and still have the same bottom end bog. What should I be jetted at for just the pipe? Pipe and airbox lid removal? I will be adding G3 or V-Force reeds in the next week or two. What should I be jetted at for the pipe, airbox lid removal and reeds mod? I am at 1282 foot elevation. I have gotten advice anywhere from 260 or 270 main jet with pipe, 270 to 290 main jet with airbox removal and 300 main jet with reeds. Please help me solve this rejetting question. thanks!!
