I was going to remove my side cover to adjust my clutch mechanism but I CANT get the nut off to remove the kickstarter. I have tried everyting. Rust eater, penetrating oil, everything. There is no visible corrosion around the nut. Any suggestions? I dont want to keep cranking and break that shaft.

make sure your turning it the right way....lol

I was turning it the right way, it was just stuck. It took a breaker bar and 15min to get it off.
