I have stock jetting, reed spacer, and took the snorkel off my airbox and my blaster runs great!
Now I need to know if i install a fmf fatty pipe is it absolutly nessacary to re-jet or will i just not be taking full advantage of the powergains? Also will it ruin my engine or I can ride it a few days then re-jet whenever.

If you want to be safe and have the best performance then yes, you should re-jet your Blaster.

if you have a clymer shop manual for ur blaster it has a chart and shows u the right color for ur plug
also i would re-jet it--- i have a dg and a rad valve and im runnin a 270 and needle clip on the top notch it runs great my friend has pro circuit he has a 280 so yes i would definently re jet it unless u would like it to be runnin like shit
