I just rebuilt a pw50 from the ground up.When I put gas in the crankcase it will start for like 3 seconds and die.When I start it without gas in the crank,I check the plug and it is dry.Could this be because of bad reeds?They are not sitting completely flat.Any suggestions?

ok who makes a pw50 and i think its either the jetting or ur carb valve maybe its not in right or reeds maybe but i think it would still run with bad reed tho
