i was checking out the swingarm section and i read the diamond swing arm description.whats it mean when they said $100 more if u don;t send ur old swing arm back?...do they need ur old swing arm for them to make u ur extended swing arm?or does it just mean they charge u $100 more if u keep ur old one....
