my rear rotor wobbles from side to side the black gasket or what ever that thing is be side it looks like shit is that why it is loose  ?? |

mine does the same thing, im pretty sure its supposta have a little play so if ur calipers or sumthing gets off and one pad hits it befor the other it will just slide the rotor over so both sides press agaisnt it.
