i have about $6,500 and i was wondering what you all think i should get: -2005 Blaster -2005Raptor660R -2004Sportrax 400ex -2004Predator -2005TRX450R Or do u think i should just spend the rest of the money on Mods for the blaster? i will be using it for trail riding and racing alittle. the trails that i ride on arnt very bumpy or rocky they are pretty much smooth.The other atvs that ill be racing are (i kno there not racing atvs but my neighbor wants to race me when i get one): 2002 Polaris Sportsman 500& 600twin.So if you could give me ur opinion id grreatly apreciate it. Well what i would do is get another Blaster and go crazy with the mods for it but it all depends on what YOU want to do. I suppose the most reasonable thing to do is get the TRX450R but i probably wouldn't if i had that much money. It's enough for one but not enough for mods to go with it. I would go with another Blaster and then mods.

Well with around $3,000 i would get a better air filter (UNI), rear tires (Maxxis RAZRs), an axle (RPM Dominator +2-+4), shocks (Elka or Axis), an exhaust system (Project Blaster Phantom), reeds/reed spacer (Aktive reeds / Trenga billet reed spacer), swingarm (SMS), a-arms (SMS), and whatever else comes to mind.

omg...DONT get a blaster! nomatter how much money you have u can never make a blaster compete with the bigger quads now a days. what you should do is check on the 450r or even a z400 becasue there lookin realy sweet now. but i mean it is worthless to spend that much in mods on a blaster unless u wanna race specificaly blaster classes n dont wanna move up. because a blaster cannot come close to the 450's now even with that much in mods on them. so u shouldnt even try, and if u did get it as fast as them it would be so unreliable. u can get a 450r n it will be extremely reliable and stay stock n still hold its ground with any quad now.

Yeah, that's what i was thinking. If you have that much money the best choice would be something like a KFX400 or up. If you are into Blasters and want to race with them specifically then of course it would be best to get one and use that money to make it capable of winning races.

id get a 450r my friend has one an he raced this one guy on a rapter and beat it by about 1-1 1/2 quad lengths they have so much pick up  i love them!!! |
