i want to buy a new quad and i have to make a choice . so i need help !!!! post your coments . i need to know what is the best quad. i also need to know if anyone had problem with this 2 quad . Engine prob , Shock, Rims,Frame ect ect..... thanks!  |

You might as well just get the YFZ450 if you have that much money to spend.

i picked the z because hardly anyone has one because there all sucked into the yfz, u shouldnt follow the crowd if they have yfz's then maybe u can beat them with a z because there all racin the same thing n uve got something that can be totaly different from theres.
if i had the money for a yfz i would prolly jus get it because there a better quad out of the box than a z but i think with the rite mods u can make a z way better than a yfz...
also if u jus got cash for a new quad i would go for the honda 450r because they look sweet n there more of an out of the box race quad than the z400 but its up to u

thanks for the help just have another question some people here said the YFZ are easy to broke (engine) im wondering if its true? or if its because some people dont know how to do a good Preroad or its a prob with the yamaha local dealer here. |

.... everybody has the yfz because they're that good lol. get a yfz. yea but i mean if everyone has the same quad its no fun because its like racing urself u should get something different and make it better than them, thats why i will never get a yfz |

This is what ADAM said but i think with the rite mods u can make a z way better than a yfz... R u kidding  ... first of all. alot of ppl have z4's and kfx 4's. .. the yfz's low center of gravity,wide stance, and race tuned engine makes it the greatst quad on the market now.. if u get the z u will be 1 or 2 steps behind the best.. if u have the money.. u would be an idot to get a z400.. go for a yfz 450.. and u dont have to get it cuase everyone else has it.. u get it cause u want speed, handling, and great overall performance.. YFZ 450, its the best (and its a yamaha) |

... and even if you COULD make a KFX/Z400 as good as the YFZ then what happens when you run into a modified YFZ?! It's a pretty big sized jump in cash but if you've got almost 7K then go with the YFZ.
