Ok when i first start my engine to go out for a ride i let it warm up for like 45 seconds then i hold in the clutch and push down to first and sometimes it stales and other times it goes into gear hard.... what could this be??

i think its the clutch try pulling it in a few time before putting it in gear

Well remember that the 1st and 2nd gear are like the power gears for going up hills.  |

well when you put it in to gear does it just like jump and then stall? well if it does that that is your carbo pices sticking to gether all you go to do is pull in your clutch and let it out like 5 or 6 times and it should not stall

how long has it been since youve changed your gear box oil. mine was doin the same then i changed it and i was off.

Change the oil and if that doesnt work then ur clutches are wasted and u need new ones. If u dont get new ones it will start slipping in and out of gears when u are riding then you have to get a whole new clutch basket and clutch kit.I know it happened to me.
