im going to buy Douglas rim all around , and nerf bar, do you think blue frame and yellow for the nerf bar can look sweet?

yeah i think its the best way.
that can look good with the douglas rims too
or Neon yellow frame , metal nerf bar with blue netting

Your bike has enough yellow so I think its beter to go with the metallic blue but more of a crystal shine.

You should get the frame, a-arms, and swinarm painted blue if you think it would look good with the frame color.

A chrome frame also looks good but too much $$$.
