Anyone know of some good training exercises for racing a rough track(southwick). ya know like to keep arm pump down and fatigue down. i want to atleast be able to hang with the other riders.

just keep riding..maybe ride on rough terrain really fast all day it builds arm muscle on me and makes ur handds hurt.lol
