i would go with a light weight 250r frame with the 80 motor it seemed to work good for one of my buddies that is sponsord by kids on quads(his dad is the owner)

I checked the website. Nice looking mod quad. As soon as I get the rear sprocket I can see how our mod quad is going to work.

Those 90 mod bikes are pretty cool for like bike but I would never put a little engine like that in a 250r are.

I have a Lonestar 250r frame with a cr85 motor in it and I can beat almost all of the blaster class exept for the 240's and national 200's. I race with a kid that has an 80 motor in a blaster frame and it is pretty fast.

What kind of gearing you running on it. (teeth) front and rear.

i have ridden wiht joel hetrick. he is pretty fast. his quad is also like the best money can buy  |

My 11 yr. old son rides a YZ80 Blaster(pic is in the PB young guns banner ads, yellow one, keep refreshing till you see it on front pg.). He is running some of the atv nationals this year. He ran Tx. and his bike ran even with J. Hetrick on the starts, but Joel is a very good rider and my son couldn't keep up with his pace. The Blaster Mod. 90's are really fast but you have to have the right shock package. We will be running Fl. and Ga. next. Stop by and have a look if you are there. Yellow #57
