ama age limits

Do you know if a 15 year old kid is allowed to race a blaster in division 4 (va) at any parks..im also looking at doing some racing in maryland and pennsylvania also..do you know if i can race in the schoolboy class..200 2 stroke 300 4 stroke (14+15)

uhhh ama has to follow state laws, so u have to be 16 to ride it thats it

but didnt the ama make a rule change in 2003 for a 14 and 15 year old schoolboy class. which is supposedly racing for blasters and 300exs?
