What are the advantages of removing the TORS set-up and how is it done? (and where do I get it at)

With the stock system, you have to be careful not to strip the top of the carb when you remove/install the big bulky TORS when changing the needle or removing the carb. By removing the TORS setup and replacing it with a simple carb cap, it makes it much easier to do needle changes or anything else that would require you to remove the carb cap. You run the risk of the engine not shutting down if it sticks at full throttle though.... You can find these kits (carb cap and cable) at most parts websites, Vitos, Trenga, Ebay, etc, and I am sure PB can get the kit.

So am I better off just getting a new carb or doing the tors removal and just rejetting, I am on a pretty tight budget?
