Does anyone know of a cheap disc brake conversion for my 01' Blaster?

I am going to see if a Warrior set-up will work on the Blaster. I'll let you know when I'm done.

PM kheft for details on this conversion ( Warrior / Banshee front brakes). It is slightly involved, but he seems to know a good deal about it. My frontbrakes are going to have to wait until I get the Banshee brakes hooked up on the rear.
I plan on doing an in depth tutorial with pictures for the rear brakes.

I did Banshee rear brakes, and it took about a week to complete. Now all I have to do is the front.

the warrior spindles will work but the geometry is a little different than the blasty spindles.not sure exactly what effect this would have, but i there are 3 things involved in spindle geometry. 1. location of the actual shaft, this decides how far up/down/front and back the tires are in relation to the a-arms. more foward could be a good thing for stability. more backwards is not good, and more up or down will mes with ride hieght. 2. tierod location, if this is in the wrong spot all i can say is BUMPSTEER 3.camber,(think its camber, i always get them mixed up,lol) how far in the tops of the ties are in/out compared to the bottom. with aftermarkey a-arms, this wouldnt be an issue unless it is so far out that its not even in the range of adjustment on the a-arms. with stock a-arms,this could be real bad and make it steer like crap. best bet is to use the stocker spindles in my opinion because even if the warrior stuff is close, right is even better. the warrior hubs, rotors calipers and master cylinder will work tho for sure i know east coast atvmakes a slide on brackett for the stock blasty spindles so you can use banshee calipers (wich should be the same as raptor/03blaster calipers)then you will need new rotors, and a master cylinder/brake lever assembly. you can get brakelines from streamline, they are stainless steal and they offer a set that is 1 hose for each caliper all the way to the master cylinder, so then you wouldnt need to buy a plitter box
