I need help wiring my sons quad. We have combined his 2002 Blaster that we had set up for cross country racing with a 2003 Blaster we just bought. He bent his 02 frame so we're upgrading EVERYTHING to full race. I am getting rid of every wire not necessary. All I want is the stator, kill switch, coil, and CDI wires. I took his harness from the 02 and cut every wire not needed. WOW !!!! what a mess. IS THERE A WIRING DIAGRAM ANYWHERE? I think I can get it but it would be a big help if I had a diagram.
Also wondering about gusseting. Is there any info out there about gusseting? I plan on adding extra support between the fram rails behind the a-arm mounts. Any other suggestions.
We already have extended swingarm,axel and a-arms that are all chrome. We're just getting the frame gussetted and powder coated. Maybee we'll put up some pics as we go.

i had a wiring kit let me check if i still do ... the diagram on paper ......... on my quad i only have the wires u have connected i got rid of the parkin brake light ect ...... let me check get back with u in a few

I have the engine from the 03 that I will use while we are building up the 02. The wiring harness is from the 02(or at least what is left of it).
A diagram would be awesome!!
Any gussetting advice out there?

the 03 engine and coil, we think it requires that the coil has it's own ground. Just make sure the coil is grounded the same way it is on the 03.
