LT500 Quadzilla

Hey, this summer im building my another blaster and am going to put a CR500 engine on it. My nieghbor wants something to keep up with it and was thinking of a LT500. The thing is, is that he already has an LT230 and i was wondering if the LT500 engine could be put on this thing without modification or will there be some work involved? Thanks and any help would be great. And also does anyone know how much powder coating everything on a blaster would cost including the engine. Thanks

i would try a suzuki forum....as for powder coating..it varies in price depending on size, is it already bead blasted or do they have to do all the prep work, color, shipping, etc.. try some local body shops...they should be able to send you to a local powdercoater if you have one near you.
