Hey guys im new to this forum, and was wondering if the 250r rear shock and the banshee front shocks was a good setup. Im a big guy so the added height will be good. i also heard that you have to grind off part of the bottom shock, where it mounts to the swingarm , and have to drill out the bottom shock as well. what size drill bit do i need to do this, and also is this a hard project. Thanks

I have that same setup and its awsome, its a big difference..
You don't need to grind anything (well I didn't) all I did was drill out the hole to 9/16ths (both shock hole and swingarm hole)

...or 14mm (since just about all quads aremetric not standard) the shee fronts bolt right up. you will need a 1887-1889 year 250r rear shock. you will also need to mount the rezzy on the frame somewhere.
