will 400ex shocks fit blaster legnth wise? and do you think the ride would be better?

No they wont fit. Theyre too long.

rear 400ex shock will fit with some modifications. the 400ex rear ismost the same as the 250r rear it has the same geomatry  |

well the 400ex is just like a 250r just its a 4 stroke and its a lil diffrent but they made the 400ex like a 250r like parts wise and the way the frame is
