Yea it depends on the kit. Most kit's put out about 30+

CT240 kit they dyno'd it at 43HP I believe..They have a chart..

stock or with pipe?
i have a pb phantom
so my quad has about 28 or 29 hp right now
what would a 240 kit put me at?

Umm ct sonic kit- 40.1hp . Must have 38mm carb, pipe, and kit to get this power. cost for kit alone $895 Hwd Bore Kit- 34.7hp "That's on a 200cc sleeve, the 240 should make more" needed, 35mm rifled carb, reed valve, pipe. cost for kit alone $600 Vitos- umm they claim 32hp big word CLAIM, needed 34mm carb, fat bastard pipe, vforce reed valve. cost $600. The hwd kit should make near the power as the ct sonic kit for $300 less. Vitos kit will make less hp than both for the same price as the hollywood kit. So if you have tons of money, go for the ct sonic. If not look into the hwd and vitos kit. I reccomend the hwd one because of the custom porting and insane power gains. |

Check out trenga racing's ultimate 240 big bore kit. They sound like they know what theyre talking about. I didnt see any amount of HP on the description though. For $1,400 it better give you alot. It includes; Cylinder, Head, Piston, Rings, Circlips, Top-end gasket set, Reed Cage, Intake Boot, 36mm (or 36mm)PWK pre-jetted carburetor, Pipe and Silencer and the many aformentioned extras. Also a twist throttle.
