I blew the blaster up what rebuild kit do you suggest what do you mean rebuild kit? if your talking about a piston kit, the best thing would have a machind shop look at it make sure its in round etc etc, then if it needs to be bored ask them whats the next size it can be bored to make it all right and after they tell you order the piston kit and have thenm bore it to the size. then you'll need gaskets and a write pin bearing.

i was riden today and next thing i know pop and it wouldnt start again. took the head off and there was a hole in the piston

i was riden today and next thing i know pop and it wouldnt start again. took the head off and there was a hole in the piston that says it was lean, you prolly had air leak unless you put a pipe or some bolt on mod and didnt re-jet your carb

it wasnt lean i know that for sure. i have the toomey pipe kit and i put in the 310 jet. plus the plug was a darker brown.

i would go with the wiseco piston kit... and if it needs bored take it to jay riddle racing... he is awsome at that kind of shit....
and has ur quad ever been rebuilt by the person that first had had it... if not the piston was prolly gettin old.... u should keep a fresh piston in at all times i do mine once a year......
