I have an 03 blaster that was bought in 04 as a left over and has had about 100 hours on it...i ride it atleast once a week mostly more wen the weathers nice.......Wen should i get a new piston put in?

You change the piston or rebuild your engine when you lose compression. Theres really no need to change it if you dont have to.

when the compression gets low or runs lean and burns a whole in the piston,bore gets wore and theres to much cylinder wall/piston clearance

Well my friends cr80 didnt change anything in the engine for the 6 or so years he had it and the inside of the engine was destroyed all the barings disintigraded and it costed him almost 1000 to fix it...and rebuild his carburator

Burns a hole in the piston? Damn Pre ignition yup, denation from a lean a/f mixture, to low of occtane fuel, to much ignition leed
