Just keep your quad low on the rpms. If I remember correctly its 20 hours before you can start riding high rpms. Dont quote me on tho. And make sure you change your transmission oil on time....it will have plenty of metal shavings in it.

Yeah I remember that when I got my motor rebuilt. So let me clear this up.
Its 20 hours(no more than half throttle) that they recommend when you have a brand new Blaster motor.
Rebuilt motors you just need to burn through 1 full tank of gas before you can go full speed or high rpms.
And change your oil when you normally do.

make sure you warm it up good, ride for about 20 minutes with lots of throttle change, dont hold the throttle anywhere for long, full throotle is alright. then start riding it like normal

Ya the dealer told me 20 hours on the new motor under half throttle. But they told me i could go full throttle just "Quick Shift" and don't top it out. That's what they told me.

run it threw the heat cycles. If you search on www.BlasterHQ.com you will find a thread that YFS101 made I think. Has everything step by step.

keep the engine loaded!!!!....Dont just start it up to listen to it run,and keep the engine under a load, dont rip through the gears and you should have succsess....i.e. acceleration...deceleration
