i have a vitos 240 kit with a reed spacer and a fmf ram valve, 30mm kehin carb(not yet jetted right) and a fmf gold series header with a graydon silencer and i raced my friend on his blaster with a fatty pipe and i didnt start to pull away till 5th gear could this be because of it running rich or the pipe or what

You probably should rejet your carb and see if that helps. You should of been ahead of your friend the whole time.......unless your a less experienced rider. Another factor is a weight issue. The more weight on a Blaster....the slower it will go. And thats body weight were talking about.

You can really swap a Graydon silencer with an FMF pipe?

yea i just put i 125 in it and it pulled alot harder than it did so i think that was the problem, but i am a much more experienced rider but i am bigger than him, and yes u can swap the fmf header with a graydon silencer, i did that cause i didnt have enough money for a graydon header and i got the fmf for 30 on ebay, and if i have my head decked and rechambered what should i tell the guy at the machine whop
