no problem, its all good..
I just think that the CT kit is truely at least 1 of the best if not best, it comes with a totally different head and cylinder design (the fins are different) and comes with a CR250 intake design with the reed valve.

;D Vitos 240 cylinder OMG...alright first thing why would almost every engine builder out there open up the intake windows, DUH....theres a reason for it because more air can get through it, I mean come on use your head, 4 of the most knowledgable people I know open up the windows CPCustoms, HWD, Macdizzy, and YFS101 at BHQ.. Please don't say things you don't know.. The vitos 240 is worthless unless you get it ported, end of line..Its dumb to buy a vitos cylinder then port it because it would end up costing 800 bucks and buy then you can buy a CT kit and get a totally different design head and cylinder and a CR250 intake design that comes with the reed block and reeds.. The CT240 kit is the best kit out there I think.. then y the hell did u say on bhq, that youll get 1/5 hp by opening up the intake windows? u said it all comes form the exhaust mainly. and vitos has TRIPLE exhasut ports. cp hwd or ct does not "well i think ct." your callign yuorself an idiot.

the Ct kit is by far the best 240 kit, the aux. ports are 3 times the size of what "hwd" makes them and he makes them as big as they can be. you may could get a pencil in one of his aux ports but you can stick your thumb in the ct aux. ports. end of story the ct kit is by far the best bolt on 240kit.

But also, at the same time CT costs more ($195 more) than a leading competitor by the name of Hollywood Dirt Productions. At a price of $600 (PD3), Its a killer deal with incredible power increases and flawless porting! And when people are talking about Vito's 240 kits, they are barely ported!! And that ladies and gentlemen is where you make the real power! (aside from the bigger bore) Go get a kit from HWD, you won't be dissapointed And if you want to stay in the 200cc class id get the Diamond 200cc national cylinder.

go with the CT, Phragle can tell you whatever you should know about it. It's a whole new cylinder, Twice as better than any stock 240sleeve blaster can be made.

And when people are talking about Vito's 240 kits, they are barely ported!! quote] they are ported "texan". Heres an email i got from them. The cylinder kit for $595 is far from stock porting. The intake has boost ports but is only raised slightly because raising the intakes does not gain horsepower the reed cage is the restrictor on the intake side which means you will only flow as much fuel as the reeds can flow which is much less than the intake windows. Raising the windows to far also increases piston slop because there's not as much support now. We put sub ports in on the intake which go directly into the transfers for more direct flow. The transfer heights are changed and the exhaust port is raised and widened with sub ports also "the term triple exhaust port" This gives a much larger exhaust area for much increased flow. The exhaust port is where the vast majority of HP comes from. Our HP numbers are not pulled out of thin air we have a dynojet dyno and all our testing and research is based on actual dyno runs. Vito's blaster with this cylinder kit and a larger carb and a pvl ignition made 44HP. We have customers locally with this kit that we have dynoed and there around 40HP. I hope this answers some of your concerns. Now is there more room in this cylinder to do some more porting? Yes. I would raise and widen the sub exhaust ports and leave everything else alone. Thanks Vito's

Kawi nobody cares about vitos...You pay for a 240 cylinder with next to no porting, and can get a HWD PD3 240 for like $20 more.
