what differnce do air scoops make, is there much of a plus to put them on or is it a waste of time?

there a good place for stickers they mite help at high speeds i dont know im gonna make some some time mainly for looks tho

r they hard to make, i dont want little ones, my friend make them once but he did them out of aluminum and they were to flexible, he thinks he knows waht he is doign with blaster but he really kinda sucks, i wanna do something stronger. after all, its all about the blaster

if you make them out of aluminum theyll be strong enough they dont really need to be that strong either

they are 100% waste. i personally think they look shit shit. The only way for them to work was if they were quite large and touched the engine. Not 300ft away under the front fenders..They dont lower the temp by even 1 degree.

Not 300ft away under the front fenders..They dont lower the temp by even 1 degree. just a place to put stickers well i guess he thinks they look like shit, but we do sell quite a number of them, most people do buy them for looks though. and you cant really get them closer to the engine because of the pipe, etc. Have you done a wind tunnel test to actually see if they are really a 100% waste? just wondering, but opinions are opinions.

I haven't done tests but I think they are just more for show... Maybe a higher speeds they will decrease engine temp. I will say one good thing Kurt, the halogram design ROX!

I think they'd look awsome if they were tucked back a bit more..i just dont like how they stick out so far...not bashin any shit though. just to let you know i have some cardboard mock ups for scoops that touch the engine and dodge the pipe.

And that's why we sell so many of them, it's just something different for your blaster that's not over $100. It's just something that dresses up your blaster more, and like it or not, we do sell a ton of these things. until sales start to slow down, we're going to continue making them the same way. but thanks for the opinions, I like to hear it from all angles.

i have some OMF blaster scoops and i really like them it keeps your engine 40% cooler for real and i like putting stickers on them
