LRD gives you a new exhaust flange when you buy there pipe and silencer. the new flange has a "high temp" o ring that the expansion chamber "slip fits" on to. the problem is that i've replaced the o ring three times. everytime i've used high temp silicone sealer like LRD says ,but nothing seems to work. and Eric Trenga claims that this setup is LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF EVERYONE ELSE'S! HAHA
any ideas, so the o ring stops buring up causing and annoying leak on my $325 exhaust.

you know, we've had a lot of people tell us this same thing. I donno man, have you called LRD yourself or just contacted Eric? You may want to give the guys at LRD a call and maybe they can do something about it.

Kurt, i've talked with LRD's production manager(Brad) he said i was the first to contact him with this problem and he send me a few new o-rings with no trouble. i'm using the recomended silicone. i don't know what else to do? Kurt when you ran the LRD did you have this problem? maybe when you place your next order from LRD you can see what's up? hearing it from a dealer might get a better answer. i love the exhuast just not the annoying leak. P.S. Kurt could you make this a sticky? ?? PLEASE

humm, ask lrd to give you a whole new pipe. there could be a small defect that is unnoticable to the naked eye.
