PLEASE HELP! i think we all know the stock rear brakes on a blaster suck! but, im on a budget..and instead of dropping about $350 for trenga's rear kit...you think i could get some good stopping power by getting those new metallic superstrength EBC brake pads...and that 'wave' style rear rotor? please respond asap! -thanks, anthony

To get the best Out of the cable breaks. Get a Parking Break Eliminator Cable, Get the best pads you can get, Then get a wave rotor. I have also heard people cuting a slot in the pads to help.

The best rear hydraulic brakes for a blaster are from East Coast ATV. I had the same problem you had and it sucks. So I spent $400 on rear hydraulic brakes from East Coast ATV. And they work awesome, with no problems, and I race harescrambles in 32 degree weather, and they still worked perfectly.
