Which carb would be better for my modified blaster?
A 28mm pkw or a 30mm pkw. i like top end but also i love torque and my stock one has moderate torque, but no top end.

do plan on porting the motor if so don't get a carb yet..if not, then get the 30mm carb..The 28mm would be a waste of money.

it is mildly ported, the intake ports are larger and polished, and the rough edges are more rounded and smooth. So the 30 would be better? I race mx and trail ride occasionally, if that makes any difference. Some tell me a bigger carb will kill my low end.

well the larger carb you get the more top end you get..I say get a 30mm carb..If your engine needs the bigger carb you will gain the top end but not loose the low end..
Don't buy a 28, get the 30.
